The Homewood family of companies consists of several stand alone, but complimentary companies, whose sole mission is to support the installed base of Westinghouse industrial equipment worldwide. We provide quality, cost-effective electrical and mechanical solutions such as maintenance, upgrades and life extension solutions to our customers in a variety of industries.

These companies are Homewood Products Corporation (HPC), Homewood Sales Corporation (HSC), Global Industry, Ltd. (Global), Wisco Calibration Services, Inc. (Wisco), Homewood Energy Services (HES) and Homewood Industrial Electronics (HIE).

HOMEWOOD PRODUCTS CORPORATION (HPC)

HPC, formerly a manufacturing division of Westinghouse Electric, is the cornerstone of the Homewood Group. We are located in a 40,000 square foot facility in Homewood, a hub zone of Pittsburgh, PA. Homewood, as Westinghouse, and since 1995 as HPC, has been the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of genuine Westinghouse industrial and power distribution equipment for nearly 85 continuous years. Since 1986, HPC has maintained a nuclear quality program.

Since Homewood is the OEM, we can provide complete motors and circuit breakers, components or parts built to the original Westinghouse specifications. Our technical library contains over 20 million original Westinghouse records and our engineering team that provides expertise and review includes many former Westinghouse engineers.

HOMEWOOD SALES CORPORATION (HSC)

In addition to acting as the sales and marketing entity for the Homewood Group of companies, HSC, is a leader in the sourcing and commissioning of Westinghouse and non-Westinghouse electrical and mechanical power distribution equipment worldwide. To supplement our own manufacturing capabilities, we have formed strategic alliances with other former Westinghouse manufacturers to more completely support the installed base of Westinghouse equipment worldwide.

From our home office in Pittsburgh, PA, Homewood has built a domestic and international network of representatives, distributors, traders and sales staff to reach the marketplace. Key affiliations are with ABB Power T&D, Eaton Electrical Services & Systems, Teco-Westinghouse Motor Company, Buffalo Power Electronics and Emerson. HSC was appointed as Eaton's globally authorized service provider in 2001 and continues to provide start-up commissioning and warranty assistance worldwide. HSC has conducted business in over 45 countries.

GLOBAL INDUSTRY, LTD. (GLOBAL)

Global, located on the Isle of Man, British Isles, is Homewood's worldwide engineering field service company. Global's well-experienced staff of engineers provides installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment anywhere in the world. We specialize in power stations, transmission & distribution, as well as industrial plants. We can provide repair and maintenance of gas turbine, steam turbine and diesel power generating systems for most manufacturers. HOMEWOOD ENERGY SERVICES (HES)

HES focuses on the nuclear power generation industry by providing safety and non-safety related equipment. We specialize in providing low voltage and medium voltage motor solutions such as duplicate or replacements, rewinds, reinsulation, redesigns and upgrades. Parts are also available. Our Quality Program conforms to 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1. Utilities, OEM's and third party qualifiers have audited us. Each audit had successful results. Most of these audits are shared among the utilities and OEM's.

HES has offices in Pittsburgh, PA; Huntsville, AL and Raleigh, NC.

WISCO CALIBRATION SERVICES, INC. (WISCO)

Wisco, a spin-off from the Westinghouse Instrumentation Services Company, serves as Homewood's calibration lab. Wisco provides electronic and mechanical calibration traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as well as reconditioning and repair of equipment. All calibrations and repairs are performed in specially designed labs with temperature and humidity control. Custom control panels are also manufactured by our Wisco staff in our Pittsburgh facility.

For nuclear applications, Wisco is an Appendix B 10CFR Part 21 approved vendor.

HOMEWOOD INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS (HIE)

HIE, an affiliate of the Homewood Group, located on the West Coast, complements the East Coast Wisco capabilities. HIE specializes in the repair, revitalization and supply of industrial electronic equipment for a variety of manufacturers. We can provide spare parts, component level board repairs for AC/DC drives, timers, counters, temperature controllers, instrumentation, protective relays, static trips, power cases and voltage regulators.
