Homewood Energy Services (HES) is a manufacturer and supplier of equipment and parts for the nuclear power generation industry, including Low Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Motors and Emergency Lighting Fixtures. Since 1924, the Homewood Facility has been responsible for manufacturing Westinghouse electrical products.
We possess 20,000 shop orders, drawings, tooling and manufacturing equipment for producing Westinghouse equipment and parts.
Nuclear/Safety-Related Capabilities
Since 1986, Homewood has maintained nuclear quality programs at our manufacturing as well as our instrument calibration and repair facilities.
Prior to 2002, we teamed exclusively with nuclear qualifiers to provide safety-related equipment into the nuclear power generation industry.
In 2002, Homewood formed a new company (Homewood Energy Services) dedicated to exclusively and directly serving the nuclear industry. Utilities, OEM's and third party qualifiers have audited us and all of the audits were successful.
HES products and services are covered by our own qualification reports. With a 10CFR50 Appendix B Quality Program in place, we can accept both safety and non-safety related orders for our equipment.
Homewood Energy Services offers a wide variety of Low Voltage Motors.
We own more than 20,000 Westinghouse shop orders, drawings, specifications and original tooling, which allows us to duplicate many of your Low Voltage Motors which have been installed over the past 5 decades.
Key features of our Low Voltage Motors (Westinghouse and non-Westinghouse replacements) include:
All duplicate Westinghouse or replacement motors can be supplied with our insulation system to the following parameters:
